There are many different types of fostering options for you to choose, depending on your own preferences, experience and circumstances.

There is no typical foster carer. Wiltshire Council welcomes people from all backgrounds, nationalities, religions, genders and ages.

Wiltshire Council run a short break care scheme called Family Based Overnight Short Breaks. It's different to regular fostering as it's part-time.
