This course is available on a bespoke basis for group bookings and is also scheduled to run regularly at locations across Wiltshire. Scheduled courses are open to everyone.
How would you react when a baby or infant suffers illness, trauma or distress? Could you save a life? This course is all about being prepared for possible scenarios that we all hope will never happen and learning the skills to cope and react calmly and swiftly when an infant or small child is in need of basic first aid. The course satisfies the guidelines and criteria laid down by the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Ofsted.Close

This is a blended learning opportunity that includes theory and practical elements. The theory part consists of 6 hours flexible e-learning following attendance on a 1 day (6 hour) instructor-led practical session and assessment. You’ll be actively involved and engaged in a small group environment that's good fun and a great way to learn.
Note that completing the e-learning is a prerequisite to achieving the qualification. The awarding body allows up to two weeks to complete the e-learning section of the course.
