My Wiltshire - customer portal update

We are pleased to announce a new look and feel to the MyWiltshire web customer portal providing a better and more intuitive user experience for our customers. 

The new look portal will be launched on Tuesday 22 May 2018.

The images and descriptions below will tell you what to expect. 

The menu on the left takes you to areas for creating reports and finding information. Once you select a tile, the report will open which can be submitted as usual.

You can access submitted or draft requests from the home screen by selecting the option on the right of the home screen. To access account details, click on the person icon at the top right of the screen and select your email address.

Here you can make changes to your account details and update your profile.

The mobile app is not affected by the update to the system, only the web version.
