Local Area Coordinators

Map of Wiltshire

Local Area Coordinators help people to find their own local solutions

We are looking to recruit to an exciting brand new role to support individuals of all ages in their communities in Wiltshire

Local Area Coordinators help people to find their own local solutions, starting with a question about ‘what a good life looks like'. This question will open up a positive conversation about what is important and finding a range of creative ways of making it happen.

Local Area Coordination is a long-term, evidence based approach to supporting people of all ages living with disabilities, mental health issues, those who are older and their families/carers in order to:
• Build and pursue their personal vision for a good life
• Stay strong, safe and connected as contributing citizens
• Find practical solutions to problems wherever possible
• Build more welcoming, inclusive and supportive communities

There are three Local Area Coordinator roles available in either Melksham, Trowbridge, and Westbury. If this sounds like a role you'd be interested in please visit our Local Area Coordinator page for more information.

The full role description can be found on our careers website.
