How are you?

‘One You' is a national campaign to help people reduce their risk of developing lifestyle related diseases caused by modern day life.

Everyday habits and behaviours such as eating too much unhealthy food, drinking more alcohol than is recommended, continuing to smoke and not being active enough are all linked to diseases including cardiovascular disease, obesity and type 2 diabetes.

Why not take the How Are You Quiz and start making small steps to health and wellbeing.
