Increased Spending on Wiltshire Cleaning

  • Wiltshire Council has again increased spending on highway and Streetscene activities in 2019/20
  • An additional £500,000 has been identified for Streetscene improvements
  • This will increase the Council's funding on litter collection type activities on highway areas to over £2.7 million per annum.

We have also identified additional income from other parties, such as the £87,000 High Street Community Clean Up Fund from Central Government.
