Walk and talk

We will learn about how to enhance our lives and our family lives. We will explore how to have more health awareness and therefore feel better and more confident. We will share lots of ways to communicate better and look after our mental health.


You will learn in a small, informal group format on this course.  We will learn about communication skills and how we can walk our way to health through weekly activities.


This course is for parents and carers who wish to support their families, friends and themselves. You will work together on activities to build connections between people in and around your neighbourhood. You may want to progress to one of our other courses after this course.
Any adult family member or carer who would like to develop their confidence, learn hints and tips on ways to be healthier in mind and body and build on skills learnt to have the confidence to apply for jobs will enjoy this course.

This is run as 2 hour sessions over 10 weeks with some fun activities to do at home with your family.
