Box of numbers

We will learn about how play supports number skills through fun activities, games and crafts. We will explore how maths is taught in Early Years settings (0-5).  We will share lots of ways that you can support and encourage your child’s learning at home.

You will learn together with your child  on this course.  We will learn about maths through practical, hands-on activities in a small, informal group setting.

This course is for parents and carers who wish support their child to learn about maths through play.  You will also be able to discuss how you feel about your own maths skills; you may want to progress to one of our maths courses after this course.
